In September 2014, Assembly Bill AB 2231 Chapter 703, Statutes of 2014, reinstated a modified Property Tax Postponement program (PTP).  The State Controller's Office (SCO) will begin accepting new PTP applications Beginning October 1, 2016.  You can visit their website for more information.
